Return & Exchange Policy

Bose Supply return policy is designed to offer you peace of mind when making a purchase. We understand that circumstances may change, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your products. Our straightforward refund and exchange policy is aimed at building trust and ensuring that you can shop with confidence.

Bose Supply, we strive to offer you a seamless shopping experience with our comprehensive return and warranty policies: 30-Day Return Option: We provide a 30-day return window for your convenience, allowing returns due to a change of mind.  To facilitate returns, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Important Return Guidelines:  All returned items must be in the same condition as received and must include the original
Bose Supply security sticker and the correct serial number.  Please note that all shipping costs associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer. You may choose your preferred carrier as long as they can provide a tracking number.  Once we receive the item and verify its authenticity, a refund will be issued, minus shipping costs.  Authenticity Assurance:  For a refund to be processed, the returned item must be authentic Bose Supply equipment and in its original condition.  Items that have been tampered with or are deemed not to be genuine Bose Supply equipment will not be eligible for a refund.  We value your satisfaction and are here to assist you throughout the return and warranty process.
